A moisturizing and brightening highly active toner for all skin types. Balances pH, increases hydration and supports the formation of new collagen for firmer, more elastic and radiant skin. The formula contains the targeted peptide X50® Photoglow, which is able to transform light into cellular energy, stimulating fibroblast growth and collagen formation to improve skin density and increase its luminosity.

HOW TO USE
Shake gently before use. Apply mist to hands and massage into skin or gently spread over face, neck and décolleté, avoiding the eye area. For a lighter application, apply toner to a cotton pad and wipe over skin. Use morning and/or evening after cleansing or during the day to refresh. Leave to absorb until skin feels dry to the touch, then apply serum or other skincare products. Lifting Toner contains light-activated peptides that will be enhanced by LED light.
